Last week I meet a prospect selling herbs online. He claim his website is the top search engine ranking with majority of the keyword in herbal and also the No.1 biggest herbs online store in Malaysia.

He not ask me a question majority ask, “How to drive traffics to my sites?”. However he ask me why my website visitors don’t buy from me? He just don’t understand why his website doesn’t convert the visitor into sales. After 10 minutes review his website, I finally found that was some problem with his website in terms of the content arrange, newsletter subscription box with total 7 mistake of his website.

Here’s a big problem with web design: If you want to make your website better at turning visitors into customers (or subscribers), you need to understand why most of your visitors are leaving!

But those people come and go without trace! How do you know what they wanted? How do you know what would have persuaded them to take action?

If you owned a real-life bricks-and-mortar store, this would be easy: You’d hear their objections. You’d be able to ask questions. You’d hear what they muttered as they headed for the door.

Capturing the voice-of-the-customer is more difficult with the web, but it can be done. Here are 14 free tools to get you started.

What make the company profitable? This will be one of the common question I ask myself while building up the business. There are business old folk said:”If you are the top man to find or generate sales you still not a top sales, the only person who are able to collect back the money is the really top sales”.

One company that able to survive is not the number of sales he able to generate, is all about how much he can collect back make company survive and grow. I come across Howard Mann interesting life experience teaching 5 way to get paid faster from your vendor.

We have been here before. Economic downturns are not new, or, for this one, even that old. And while what we now face may be more severe, the reactions and behaviors of businesses feel all too familiar. One of the most insidious by-products of times like these, after the waves of belt tightening and budget/staff cutting, are the long and painful late payments. When business slows, payments to vendors get stretched. If this has not started happening to you yet, it soon will if you do not make it part of your focus to avoid it. Your clients/customers are under financial pressure. They are at their limits with their banks. Less money is coming in but the bills are still there to be paid. You could be in danger of becoming your clients’ bank. This is a big topic and is impacted by many areas of The Business Brickyard concepts (building relationships, saying no to clients, etc.). You can do everything else right but get this wrong and your business will grind to a halt. So, let’s focus on getting you paid faster. (As a primer, you may want to read this post
Your Business Brickyard: Getting back to the basics to make your business more fun to run.
his book).

Let’s change that. Here are 5 ways to get paid faster:

In a recent stand-up routine, comedian George Carlin suggests that maybe man’s reason for existence is because the Earth wants plastic.

The comedy team, Penn & Teller, assert in their cable show “Bulls**t” (bullpucky?) that recycling isn’t really all that useful and maybe not necessary.

Whether the Earth wants plastic or not, recycling of inkjet cartridges is useful in many different ways. However, before you choose where to recycle your inkjet cartridge, do a little research to make your recycling efforts effective. Recycling won’t work if we don’t close the loop. Many charitable institutions around the world have initiated ink cartridge recycling programs, which fund hospitals, school activities and other social concerns. This type of funding cuts costs in many ways from tax breaks for charitable donations to lowering the price that we have to pay for the services the funded organizations provide. In addition, remanufactured compatible inkjet cartridges are usually a fraction of the cost of brand name inkjet refills.

Several inkjet printer manufacturers also maintain recycling programs. However, your recycled ink cartridge doesn’t always make it around the loop.

Have you always face a problem when you go to cyber cafe, in school, college or customer office. You realise they don;t use the software in their PC. But you need it immediately. That’s will be very time consuming if you download a huge file back to your PC. Here I have found some very interesting software that can store in a small thumb drive. i.e. USB thumbdrive, PDA or an iPod. You can use them at work, school, or any other place where you can plugin your device. Check them out, you can either scroll-down for relevant category, i.e office software, email tools, messengers, games, etc. or get a ‘all-in-one’ package (all essential tools) . While there are more apps for windows users, I tried to include a mac version for each essential tool. All free. Enjoy!

What is Portable SOFTWARE? : Portable Softwares are such customized Free Tools which are not required to be installed on a PC to run them. IF you are using a PC at your Office or you are at a Cyber Cafe, where the Open Office or Firefox is not installed, still you can run the portable version from your own CD or USB Thumb Drive without messing up with the installation on the PC. The Open Office / Firefox runs just smoothly from the CD / Thumb, as good as any installed software suit. Using portable Software from a CD, you can always keep your PC clean and away from crashes.

PortableApps.com Suite™ is a collection of portable apps including a web browser, email client, office suite, calendar/scheduler, instant messaging client, antivirus, sudoku game, backup utility and integrated menu, all preconfigured to work portably.
